I have mentioned before that we have a little secret garden. Access is down a narrow path, and the destination is hidden from all view. I don’t get down to it as often as I would like, but it is always a place of peace and quiet – and ideal when in search of a little solitude. It’s getting a little chilly for drinking coffee down there – but that’s where I went this morning.
In one corner is a winter flowering Jasmine. I love this plant. The one that grows here is from a cutting from my old family home.
Such a joy to find it already flowering – and it will continue all winter long regardless of the weather.
